No matter what you do, which job, or which sport, if you want to improve you need coaching. As I previously said, I seek out the best, so if the Network Marketing industry is something you’re involved in, then save yourself a lot of heartache now. Dani Johnson is one of the very best, watch her interview here:
What do Richard Branson, Barack Obama, Stephen Fry, Jonathan Ross Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have in common? Answer, they all Twitter, and all are followed by me. Not forgetting the funny Hoosiergirl.
Today(12th Feb) I started twittering. I was watching this morning on tv as Philip Schofield told the audience that he was a fan of Twitter. In the morning he still had only about 400 ‘followers’, a few hours later there were 63,400 and rising. I was one of them.
Think micro-blog, because that’s what Twitter is. An obvious use for me would be to keep followers updated throughout my planned cycle ride through the UK, so anyone who wants to can see where (and what time), I am in any part of the country and help by shouting words of encouragement. If this sounds interesting to you then follow me here http://twitter.com/ErnieBryden when the time comes.
A word of warning to anyone thinking about using the Twitter service as a way of finding ‘free traffic to send spam, DON’T. Like many I love to share and recommend things to the people I know, but there is a wrong and a right way to do it. Think of ‘selling’ yourself first, and you will find the right way to do social networking and share the good times.
P.S: Barack Obama is now following me on Twitter, Legend.
Well it’s January 2009, the start of a new year, and I’ve finally got my blog up and running.
I’ll continue using other social tools (Social Networking Sites, Discussion Forums, Video Sharing, etc) and link to my blog from some of them. SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES like MySpace, Facebook, etc. appeal to me for three reasons: First: It’s pretty cool to connect with and find out about interesting people from all over. Second: I do have friends in other countries so keeping in touch is quick and easy (and free). Third: If someone (old friends from school etc) wants to find me they can, I’m on about 10 sites (but only 4-5 regular) so they have a good chance if they search. DISCUSSION FORUMS are great places for creating a community and putting our minds together on a shared interest. I enjoy forums very much.
I’m a member of about 5 forums+, and a regular on about 3 or 4 of them. VIDEO SHARING (i.e. YouTube) .and vb logging especially, is becoming very popular. If you just try to be yourself, people will appreciate that.
I will definitely be making more videos, and you will see some here, watch this space.
So feel free to visit often, find out what interests me, my thoughts, cool stuff I find and share, places I go, what I’ve done, and what I want to achieve.
